  • How long for jewelry rental?


    Our rental period is 5 days. We could try to accommodate for special circumstances. We'll discuss and set-up details at your jewel case visit. Arranging a time to drop-off and pick-up jewelry in person.
    Once received, each piece will thoroughly be inspected. If there is significant damage, without any notice, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee.

  • How do you ensure the jewelry is thoroughly cleaned??


    I take special care to make sure each rhinestone piece is extra sparkly for you. Each piece of jewelry is cleaned with alcohol pads lightly and a clean cloth to provide maximum sparkle. Please do not try to clean the jewelry and keep away from water.
    For my gold vintage jewelry collection, each piece of jewelry is cleaned with my high powered ultrasonic machine and then dried with a clean cloth to preserve and add extra shine.

  • Do you require a deposit to reserve jewelry?


    If your wanting to reserve far in advance, a 50% deposit will be required. Then the rest of the balance will be due before drop off of jewelry. After my jewelry case visit, we'll set-up all of the details together and create a plan.

  • What types of payment do you accept?


    We accept debit cards and all major credit cards.

  • What happens if damages occur (rhinestones are loose, link breaks, etc.)?


    Please be aware each piece is delicate and has been meticulously cared for. Handle each piece with special care. If a rhinestone becomes loose or any damage occurs, please reach out and let me know as soon as possible.

  • Do you offer refunds?


    At this time, we do not offer any refunds. Please reach out right away, if there are any issues.

  • Could I purchase any of the jewelry in the case? Is it for sale?


    At this time, our jewelry collection is for rental only.

  • What happens if the jewelry is lost or stolen?


    If you believe a piece of jewelry has been lost or stolen, please contact me immediately. I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
    Once the jewelry is in your possession, you are responsible for its care. I highly recommend taking precautions to ensure its safety, such as keeping in a secure location when not in use.

  • Do you offer insurance for rented jewelry?


    At this time, we do not offer insurance for the jewelry. I'm looking into options. Once this is in place, I'll provide an update.

  • What happens if a jewelry piece goes missing or is stolen?


    I'll provide the valuation for each piece in your plan prior to your rental to ensure transparency. You'll be responsible for covering the full value of the piece.
    Please handle all items with care to avoid any issues.

  • What steps does Rich In Retro take to prevent theft or loss?


    I take great care in documenting the condition of each piece before and after every rental. I'll also offer security tips on on how to safeguard the jewelry while it's in your possession.

  • What happens if I return the jewelry late?


    If the jewelry is returned late, a late fee of $25 will be charged for each day the piece is overdue.
    To avoid late fees, please ensure the jewelry is returned on or before the agreed upon date.
